Do you only work with people WHO ARE STRUGGLING WITH SYMPTOMS?

Not at all. Whether you're proactively seeking support for a smooth transition, or you're deep in the thick of challenging symptoms, my approach is tailored to your unique needs and goals. It's never too early or too late to feel better.

WILL I NEED TO CUT OUT FOOD GROUPS OR GO ON A STRICT DIET?

No. While we'll focus on nourishing foods that support hormone balance and overall health, you won't be put on a restrictive plan. I'll show you how to build satisfying, balanced meals that actually work for your busy lifestyle and preferences.

How long will it take to see results?

Everyone's experience with perimenopause and menopause is unique, but many of my clients start noticing positive changes — like improved sleep, feeling more confident or better energy within a few weeks or months of making targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes. Sustained shifts in energy, mood, and symptom management often develop over several months. With the right support, your body can absolutely respond.


do you offer medicare rebates or private health rebates?

Yes! If your GP provides a Chronic Disease Management Plan (also known as a care plan or CDM)  you may be eligible for Medicare rebates for up to 5 dietitian appointments per year. These typically rebate around $60 per session.

I also accept private health insurance claims - most major Australian health funds provide cover for dietitian consults. The amount you can claim will depend on your level of extras cover, so it’s best to check with your provider.
