I’m Madi - Women’s Health Dietitian, Mum, and Your Nutrition Bestie

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, exhausted by the mental load, and unsure what your body truly needs.

I created Madison Shae Nutrition to be a modern sanctuary for women — a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported through evidence-based, soul-aligned care.
